Refund policy

We accept only products that are in original condition (not be worn, altered or washed), have all the tags still attached and returned in there original packaging with receipt.

Return must be within 14 days of receiving the order and we will charge a return fee of €3.

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s). However, you can always return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish for instead.

*Please note that we do not accept returns on cosmetics, home-wear, jewellery and sale products.
